We are partnering with a global organization to hire a Finance Business Partner Manager to lead finance operations across the ASEAN region. This role offers regional exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence business decisions at a strategic level.

Adecco is partnering with a global organization to recruit a Finance Business Partner Manager who will take on a pivotal leadership role as the main finance representative in the ASEAN region. Based in Singapore, the regional hub, this position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial activities and ensuring robust reporting, statutory compliance, and business support across ASEAN markets.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and have strong experience managing reporting processes in a regional MNC, with background from manufacturing business.

The Job:

* Serve as the primary finance lead across the ASEAN region, acting as the go-to expert for all financial matters and driving strategic financial initiatives

* Take full ownership of financial reporting, delivering accurate and timely management reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership

* Partner closely with regional business units to support commercial activities through financial analysis, performance tracking, and decision support

* Coordinate with the Regional Shared Services team on operational finance matters including AP, GL, and month-end closing, ensuring alignment and accountability

* Ensure statutory compliance in Singapore, including timely and accurate submissions to ACRA, IRAS, and GST reporting

* Provide financial oversight for representative offices across ASEAN, ensuring adherence to group policies and local regulatory standards

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts, ensuring data-driven insights are translated into actionable strategies

The Talent:

* Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance roles, in manufacturing industries

* Solid knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and statutory requirements (GST, ACRA, IRAS) with strong exposure to regional finance leadership and business partnering

* Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel; Power BI experience is a plus

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; capable of working independently and leading cross-functional collaboration
