Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured onboarding and refresher training for front- and back-of-house teams.
  • Conduct regular audits on hygiene, service quality, SOP compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational gaps and coach outlet staff to close those gaps effectively.
  • Update and maintain SOP manuals in line with SFA requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with outlet managers to maintain service excellence and improve team performance.
  • Champion food safety culture across all outlets, ensuring adherence to Level 3 food hygiene standards.
  • Provide detailed audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of F&B operations experience; multi-outlet exposure is a plus.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certification is required.
  • Proven experience in auditing, SOP implementation, and team training.
  • Strong knowledge of SFA regulations and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to train, guide, and align teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g. English and Mandarin) are an advantage for training diverse teams.
