Responsibilities

  • To manage end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Administer and process volume rebates and commissions.
  • Maintain and safeguard contracts and master files related to rebates and commissions.
  • Update master data, including contractual parties, product details, and tiered percentage rates.
  • Record and manage SAP accruals for rebates and commissions.
  • Able to handle drop shipment orders.
  • Perform month-end closing activities accurately and on time.
  • To assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Complete government surveys and regulatory reporting as required.
  • Support other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
