Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia.
  • Manage and execute daily content posting across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using unified campaigns.
  • Develop and design infographics and marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain and update the company website regularly, including service pages, blogs, and SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor and optimize content and campaigns for engagement and conversion using best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Write or coordinate blog content to boost thought leadership and web traffic.
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
  • Identify and contact potential clients, especially within the real estate sector (brokers, agencies, etc.).
  • Reach out to existing clients to promote new services and maintain client relationships.
  • Set up and schedule at least 2 qualified appointments per week for the Managing Director.
  • Prepare presentations for client meetings showcasing the firm's services, capacity, and track record.
  • Engage with inquiries across social platforms and follow up with warm leads via calls and email.
  • Use the provided CRM system to manage leads, track outreach, and report on conversion activity.

Tools and Platforms:

  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Content Design: Canva, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Productivity: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • CRM System: Internal company CRM (access will be provided)
  • Communication: Web-based telephony for outbound calling, Zoom/Google Meet/Teams for internal and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 yearsof experience in digital marketing, social media strategy andlead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, contents and campaign creation.
  • Skills with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Solid experience in outbound communication, including phone-based prospecting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint (for presentation prep) and Excel (for reports)
  • Experience with CRM platforms for lead tracking and campaign monitoring
  • Able to work independently, manage schedules, and deliver consistent outcomes
  • Highly creative with attention to branding and market expansion.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability are essential due to the remote setup and professional standards
