Sales Lead

We are a fast-growing upstart in the household water dispenser industry. Marketing will provide a steady flow of leads, and you will be responsible for driving strong sales conversion.
You will start off hands-on with sales, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities such as sales hiring, training, and team management. You must be ambitious, a strong closer, and someone who can figure things out fast and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full sales ownership
- Attend and close sales from booked showroom appointments.
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups promptly.
- Develop and refine sales scripts, templates, and WhatsApp flows.
- Achieve and maintain strong closing rates.
- Expand sales activities to events, fairs and on-site sales.
- Prepare sales performance updates for management.
- Ensure information flow between sales, ops, and after-sales is accurate and timely.
Requirements
- Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
- At 5 years of proven sales experience with sales and team management.
- Experience in an MNC or well-structured company is a bonus, as we value candidates who understand how effective systems and processes are built and run.
- Strong ability to write clearly, propose ideas, and execute independently.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn online tools; proficient in essential software such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs.
- Able to plan, think strategically, and take ownership of the entire sales function.
- Highly action-oriented, decisive, and able to operate with lightning-fast execution.
