
Programme Coordinator

The incumbent will provide support and ensure day to day smooth operations of Research activities. Responsible for project management and dissemination of research updates, regular reporting and handle ad hoc queries. Also work in partnership with the Principal Investigator, internal and external stakeholders to provide effective support for research related presentations and meetings.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that all research activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards and in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedural requirements.
• Oversee and coordinates the recruitment, care and treatment of research participants; coordinates serviceswith other internal departments and allied service agencies.
Ensuring efficient workflow and adequate care and treatment of research participants.
• Serve as the primary point of liaison and coordination between investigators, ancillary
departments, research subjects, sponsoring organisations and investigators as appropriate
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
· Diploma in science-related fields, or allied health.
· The candidate must be matured, trustworthy and able to think critically.
· At least 1 year in Research and Clinical experience is preferred
· Proficient in English language and possess good writing skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications in particular MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of statistical analytical software such as SPSS / Strata is a plus.
