Responsibilities:

Sales Executive/ Manager (Renovation – Hacking & Demolition)

  • Identify and target project-based opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
  • Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, close deals, and follow through with project coordination when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person visits
  • Construction and Renovation knowledge is an advantage
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Sales Manager (Smart Sanitary Wares)

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in residential and hospitality projects.
  • Secure product specifications and adoption for all suitable projects, including large-scale developments.
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline by working closely with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical briefings for developers, architects, designers, and project owners.
  • Highlight the brand's value in design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Strengthen brand presence across all market segments, especially condos, apartments, and hotels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on events, seminars, design showcases, and digital activities to increase visibility.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and project targets.
  • Track project progress, conversion rates, and client engagement using CRM tools and reports.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute insights to guide product development and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Background in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management.
  • Experience in renovation, construction, or residential projects, as well as in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, plumbing products, tiles, home improvement, kitchen solutions, or smart bathroom systems, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage architects, developers, and consultants confidently.
  • Class 3 license is a plus
