Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth, strengthening brand presence, and executing integrated marketing strategies across Singapore. You will lead cross-channel marketing initiatives, manage partnerships, analyze performance data, and support business growth through customer acquisition and brand-building efforts.

Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening brand presence, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time and with high quality—including PR, social media, email marketing, performance marketing, special events, and more.
  • Manage marketing tools and platforms to engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and acquire new customers that support overall business goals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, customer behaviors, and industry insights to produce relevant and compelling content.
  • Analyze data and derive insights to optimize LingoAce's marketing strategy, performance, and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Identify strategic partnership and collaboration opportunities; work with creators, influencers, and media partners to develop engaging content such as videos, articles, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, curriculum, and other functions to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management capability.
  • Experience in analytics, SEO, or performance marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adjust plans and priorities to achieve objectives.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ways to communicate key messages.
  • Comfortable working with global, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for education or familiarity with Chinese language and culture is preferred.

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,至少 4 年相关营销工作经验。
  • 积极主动、组织能力强,能在快节奏环境中高效推进工作。
  • 优秀的沟通表达能力与项目管理能力。
  • 熟悉数据分析、SEO 或效果营销者优先。
  • 注重细节,具备同时管理多个项目的能力。
