Marketing Executive

Downtown Core Central Community Development Council, Singapore OUB Centre Limited Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be a analytical thinker. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and make sure proper approvals and documentations.
  • Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance.
  • Ensure lease data is accurately updated in internal systems and reports in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship.
  • Monitor key milestones such as renewal options, lease commencements, handovers and expiries.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly Management reports, arrears management.
  • Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission.
  • Prepare and process lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules.
  • Provide administration support to the Retail & Marketing Communications team.
  • Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate / Property Management or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in shopping mall environment.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, numerical and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with Anacle system would be an added advantage.
