Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Review and mentor audit teams, provide training to junior staff.
- Engage with clients to understand business dynamics, identify risks, and offer recommendations.
- Prepare and present high-quality audit reports and financial statements.
- Participate in improving audit quality and processes.
- Contribute to business development, including proposal writing and presentations.
- Other duties assigned by Partner and HODs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience.
- Holds a professional accountancy qualification (CA) or currently studying towards it.
- Proven track record in managing multiple audit engagements.
