Audit Director

Our client is seeking an Audit Partner to join their team
What you'll be doing?

• Lead engagements: Manage and oversee assurance and audit projects across various sectors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain strict adherence to professional standards and ACRA regulations, upholding the firm's reputation for excellence.
• Provide strategic direction: Guide and mentor the assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive business growth: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.
• Collaborate with partners: Work closely with other leaders to promote firm-wide growth initiatives and drive innovation.
• Represent the firm: Act as a brand ambassador at professional and industry events, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation.

Who are they looking for?

• Certified professional: Hold a valid Practicing Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA, along with the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and ISCA membership.
• Experienced leader: Bring at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in public accounting or audit practice, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Team motivator: Showcase strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Technical expert: Possess in-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communicator: Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker: Exhibit strong business acumen and the capacity to contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives.

Other information:

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6ppm

Working Location: City Hall, Singapore

Salary: $ $15000, open for discussion
