Senior Finance Manager

Our Prestige client, an SGX listed real estate company, is currently looking for Senior Finance Manager. The role will be reporting to CFO.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with relevant department on monthly reports
- Prepare and facilitate monthly management reports
- Manage auditing matters and reports
- Review and analyze monthly accounts
- Enhance current financial accounting and control procedures
- Supervise and training for Singapore finance staffs
- Manage company operational cost and budget effectively
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly & yearly account closing
- Ensure operational cash flow meet short
- and long-term objective for investments.
- Custodian and controller for finance SOP.
- Foster good relationship with bankers, JV partners, authorities and related stakeholders.
- Review asset acquisition and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Well versed in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Required frequent travel within China
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
