About the Role

The opportunity is with an External Asset Management (EAM) firm. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support senior Relationship Managers in serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This position is well-suited for individuals with 2–3 years of experience in banking or wealth management who are eager to advance their careers within a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios, including onboarding, documentation, and ongoing account administration.
  • Coordinate with private banks, custodians, and service providers to facilitate account opening, documentation processing, and transaction follow-ups.
  • Prepare investment proposals, portfolio analyses, and client review reports.
  • Monitor client portfolios, assist in trade execution, and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies, including KYC and AML requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Assist the team with business development initiatives, client meetings, and presentation materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or an EAM environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment operations, and KYC/AML processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial systems or CRM tools.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
