Working within a front office team of 11 full time staff
- Working alongside 5 other ARMs supporting 4 Relationship Managers (“RM”) managing UHNW clients

**Experience**

**Responsibilities**
- Support senior RMs to provide excellent service to clients
- Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships
- Assist with vital documentation, handling of account servicing related requests and transaction processing
- Ensure that all client requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements
- Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to clients’ queries

- Meticulous, with an eye for detail and excellence
- Confident and strong interpersonal skill
- Good organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to handle ongoing admin tasks
- Ability to think independently and work proactively with clients and RMs
