Pre-Sales Consultant — Anti-Fraud Intelligence

What You'll Do

You'll be the person who helps us explain our product to the world.

  • Build high-quality English sales materials

(pitch decks, one-pagers, product overviews, customer presentations)

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) — many internal discussions, product materials, and intelligence content originate in Chinese, so bilingual ability is essential

  • Turn technical anti-fraud concepts into clear, structured stories that customers understand instantly

  • Join customer calls to support demos and explain value propositions

  • Work directly with the CEO on messaging for global clients

  • Create materials tailored for different industries (fintech, e-commerce, payments, banking, etc.)

  • Make sure our external content is sharp, consistent, and up-to-date

  • Collaborate with product & intelligence teams to understand how everything works under the hood

  • Help shape the narrative of a rapidly expanding global intelligence platform
