Work Schedule & Responsibilities

Working hours: Tuesday – Friday, 12pm–8pm (Closed to public on Mondays).

Mondays are reserved for stock count or photoshoots.

Key Duties

Sales Reports – Prepare and submit a sales report every month.

Stock Count –

Conduct stock count every Monday with part-timers.

Ensure all brands are counted and tallied with both the inventory and sales reports.

Full counting not required each time, but you must update the inventory sheet.

New Arrivals –

When receiving new brands, count the stocks against their line sheet.

If discrepancies are found, request an updated line sheet.

Brand Management –

Monitor stock levels for each brand in-store.

Flag when items are running low or need restocking.

Stay updated on brand activities.

Marketing & Shoots –

Collaborate with me and the intern on shoots and poster designs.

Inform the intern when new collections arrive so they can prepare posters.

Customer Relations –

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
