Finance Officer – Accounts Payable (12-Month Contract)

Location: Chai Chee

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Salary: $3,800 – $4,200/month

Contract Duration: 12 months

About the Role:

Join as a Finance Officer handling accounts payable operations. Ensure timely invoice processing, accurate reporting, and support month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Review and verify Travel & Expense reports.
  • Perform reconciliations and analyze vendor statements.
  • Follow up on internal and external queries, including GST issues.
  • Support tax and legal reporting requirements.
  • Participate in process reviews and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a shared service centre.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
