Contract Duration: 1 Year

We are looking for a Finance Officer (AP) to join a leading luxury retail group. You will be part of a dynamic finance team, handling daily AP operations and supporting the month-end closing process. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, multinational environment with opportunities to strengthen your accounting skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and post invoices, payments, and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting
  • Review and validate employees' travel and expense reports
  • Perform reconciliations, prepare reports/schedules, and verify vendors' Statements of Accounts
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders, including GST tax treatment on invoices
  • Assist with tax and legal reporting requirements
  • Contribute to process reviews to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years' experience in Accounts Payable; shared service centre experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
