OFFICER – INVESTMENT AND FUNDRAISING, FINANCE DIVISION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Officer (Investment & Fundraising) to join our team. This role is critical in strengthening the Association's financial sustainability through prudent investment management and impactful fundraising initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Officer (Investment & Fundraising) is responsible for managing the Association's investment plan by executing, monitoring, and reporting on portfolio performance, while also supporting fundraising initiatives through effective donor engagement, financial tracking, and transparent reporting.
The role includes assisting with property leases, sales, and acquisitions, liaising with banks and external stakeholders to secure favorable terms, and contributing to ad-hoc projects as well as other organizational initiatives to support the Association's overall objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
· A minimum degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
· At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment, fundraising, or financial management.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
· Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
· High standards of integrity and commitment to governance and compliance.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
