About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team at Destination Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This full-time role based in the Paya Lebar East Region will play a crucial part in maintaining our robust accounting practices and ensuring the smooth running of our finance operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, expense claims, and other payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of finance-related policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed and other responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and payable or a similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and regulations is mandatory
