Description of Role


• Monitor quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects with third-party manufacturers.


• Manage relationship issues, technical concerns, schedule conflicts, and quality problems.


• Provide contractors with information to meet quality standards and GMP requirements.


• Act as liaison between company and contractors to ensure timely release of quality products.


• Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability checks.


• Coordinate documentation for contractor manuals and respond to cost and feasibility requests.


• Conduct site visits to observe production and testing for compliance.


• Support operations of contract suppliers including quotations, vendor selection, and issue resolution.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).


• One year of related experience preferred.


• Strong written and oral communication skills.


• Good knowledge of supply chain principles and standardized processes.


• Ability to solve routine problems using defined procedures and prior experience.


• Comfortable exchanging technical and non-technical information with colleagues and customers.


• Highly organized with ability to plan and adjust work to meet goals.
