Responsibilities

  • Achieve set sales targets and objectives.

  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

  • Provide tailored solutions based on client needs to ensure satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies while monitoring market trends.

  • Collaborate with the team to drive long-term growth and profitability.

  • Build and maintain a strong industry network to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Secondary N-level or equivalent.

  • Strong interest and ability in sales, with excellent communication skills.

  • Positive, confident, and determined mindset with resilience against rejection.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Target-driven and able to thrive under pressure.

  • Training will be provided.

  • Open to Singaporeans and Work Permit holders.

Compensation

  • Base salary: SGD $2,000 to $2,500, excluding commission. Additional performance incentives may apply. Commission Range from $50 - $3000 or more
