The role

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist with us, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position, based in Tanjong Pagar, will see you leveraging your skills in sales, marketing, and client relationship management to achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within target industries and markets
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  3. Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
  5. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform the company's sales and marketing initiatives
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  7. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the consulting, or finance and professional services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
  4. Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets
  5. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  6. Passion and a desire to grow professionally
