About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at ROYAL ORG PTE LTD'. As a Sales and Marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the Raffles Place Central Region. This full-time position will involve developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase our customer base and revenue.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  2. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral
  5. Gather market intelligence and provide insights to inform the company's strategic decisions
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to close deals
  4. Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
