Order Procurement Coordinator

Central Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage import and export orders, shipments, and payments, following manager instructions.
  • Reconcile bank statements with customer payments.
  • Provide support to the bookkeeping, accounting, and secretarial teams in obtaining necessary documents as required.
  • Handle email, correspondence, memos, letters and forms, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communication.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system as per company directives.
  • Update and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Ensure the daily and weekly update of company databases.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as internet proficiency.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin dialects to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Comfortable handling supplier and customer inquiries.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Singaporean citizenship preferred, but all races are welcome to apply.
