We're Hiring | Admin Assistant – Invoicing & AR/AP
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Transport: Company-provided transport from Joo Koon MRT
Availability: Immediate
About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant
You will support the Accounting and Sales Departments in managing invoicing, logistics coordination, and AR/AP operations .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Handle customer calls , process orders, and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or Accountancy
- O-Level / SPM holders with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
