Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily kopitiam operations including stall management, customer service, cleanliness, and staff coordination.
  • Learn and manage key functions such as manpower scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of service crew and stall assistants.
  • Work closely with senior supervisors and managers to understand F&B business operations.
  • Participate in projects to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Take on progressive responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field (other qualifications with relevant passion/experience will be considered).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with F&B/retail experience are welcome.
  • Strong leadership potential with good communication and people management skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (rotating schedules).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for local food culture and customer service excellence.
