Assistant Accounts Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prior experience in handling project or construction industry costings
- Handle full set of Accounts and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and year-end report
- Cashflow planning and treasury functions
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory filings
- Provide financial analysis and advice to business units for decision making
- Manage the budgeting and financial planning processes
- Liaise with auditors for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Posting journal entries and finalizing accounts, checking and maintain of all financial ledgers
- Assist in monthly financial closing, preparation of journals and maintenance of schedules
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma, Degree in Accounting or other professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of FRS
- Leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Committed and willing to learn
- Ability to commence work immediately is preferred
