About the role
As an Operations (Moving & Handyman) at HyggeSparkle Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality moving and handyman services to our valued customers. This full-time position is based in the Woodlands East North Region, and will involve a wide range of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing furniture assembly, disassembly, and relocation tasks with care and precision
- Conducting minor home and office repairs and maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties
- Driving company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and customer belongings as needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborating with the wider operations team to achieve daily targets and key performance indicators
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a similar operations, moving, or handyman role, ideally within the trades and services industry
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
- A valid driving license and comfortable with driving a range of vehicles
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
