The Company

The Data Protection Office sits within the Risk & Quality function, ensuring compliance, protecting client trust, and safeguarding data.

The Role

As a Manager, you will support the Data Protection Office in guiding and monitoring compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement global and local data protection policies and guidance
  • Conduct reviews and proactively address privacy risks
  • Investigate data incidents, provide advice, suggest remedial actions, and report to relevant parties
  • Review data protection controls in technology risk assessments
  • Support legal and risk processes, including contract negotiations
  • Develop and deliver training on data protection and privacy
  • Prepare internal and external reporting

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years' experience in risk-related roles, with minimally 2+ years in data privacy/protection/governance
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in project management and stakeholder communication
  • Confident, resourceful, and resilient team player with positive work ethic
  • Able to guide and coach junior team members
