The Opportunity

Our Marketing team aims to inspire and connect people through meaningful storytelling, pushing boundaries and engaging communities. We develop marketing strategies, design toolkits, connect consumer insights, plan loyalty programs, and create in-store experiences to highlight Sephora's unique position as a beauty expert.

Your Role at Sephora
Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, Brand Partner Marketing , you will establish marketing plans for Sephora's brand partners across assigned categories, focusing on driving sales and maintaining Sephora's competitive edge. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Partner Marketing, your duties include:

  • Brand Marketing Advisor: Develop strategies that maximize value for brands and Sephora, understand brand priorities, and advise on omni-channel marketing efforts.
  • Collaborative and Marketing Programs: Build partnerships, secure participation in marketing programs, analyze ROI, and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate across departments such as merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, and analytics to execute strategies effectively.

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, loyalty, or retail, with digital exposure.
  • Can think strategically and execute in detail, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
