**Job Description for: Assistant Manager (Brand Marketing Team)**

**Job summary: Oversee all marketing related initiatives for the hospital, support building Parkway Hospitals’ brand awareness in SG**

**Responsibilities**

**Brand Guardian & Leadership**
- Strengthen brand value positioning of hospitals & new services to position IHH SG as industry thought leader in health financing
- Discover insights from Power BI, map out customer journey marketing and provide solutions to pain points. Formulate approach that will grow the business, and seek alignment with the business unit
- Lead annual plan by developing briefs to arrive at creative and media recommendation. Define KPIs and generate a One Marketing report for the business unit
- Co-develop creative concepts with respective hospital teams and creative agencies to ensure alignment of output with brand strategy

**Key accountabilities**:
**Partner/ Key Account Manager to CEO (by hospital)**
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Work with Research & Analytics team to generate hospital performance analysis & business insights to optimize business decisions
- Set the direction and reporting matrix for the ONE Marketing report that reviews the business performance monthly across functional teams to key stakeholders
- Manage hospital marketing budget

**Develop go to market strategy for local B2C Market**
- Work closely with cluster lead to plan and develop hospital marketing strategy to meet business objectives
- Develop and execute the campaigns in your tag team cluster
- Work with Specialty Marketing & Content teams to gather patient stories, profile key doctors for content amplification

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in marketing field or agency experience
- A proven ability to successfully influence colleagues/stakeholders at all levels across departments is a prerequisite to effective campaign management and delivery
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about deriving data insights from qualitative and quantitative studies to build holistic brand experiences, drive data storytelling, and optimize business decisions,
- Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
