Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually engaging marketing collaterals (e.g., presentation decks, videos, infographics, etc)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analyse and assess performance and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality work.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Communications role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
