Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects within client organizations. This includes ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality expectations while providing excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and project objectives.Report on project status, progress, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.Lead project team members, providing guidance, mentoring, and motivation as needed.Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies.Requirements
Proven experience in leading and managing ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects.Strong project management skills, including experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.Capability to manage and resolve project risks and issues promptly.Strong team management skills, including experience in leading and mentoring project teams.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.Solid business acumen and understanding of ERP systems and technologies.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.PMP or another project management certification is a plus.
