Accounts and Hr Assistant
1) Managing the Accounting
2) Perform full set of accounts such as; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets
3) Preparation of monthly management reports and analytical review of monthly Financials & Profitability
4) Posting of all journals – prepayments, accruals, management adjustments, reclass etc
5) Prepare & review the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation & Bank reconciliation
6) Ensure timely statutory reporting related to Audit, Tax & GST matters
7) Ensure compliance with Accounting, Tax, Statutory & Regulatory requirements
8) Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. when necessary
9) Responsible for monthly Debtor's balance collection
10) Preparation of quarterly forecast & Annual Budget
11) Knowledge on Payment vouchers & prepare payments
12) Any other ad hoc assignments
HR and Admin Executive/Assistant :
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Handling of proper filling of employees medical leave certificates.
- Handle of payslips for crews and freelancers.
- Liaise with MOM for permit/pass application
- Liaise with MPA/ICA with respect to crew where required
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock for pantry and manage of meeting room
- Any ad-hoc tasks given
