Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and responsible individual to manage front desk duties while also handling tea/coffee services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor log.
- Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by management
Tea/Coffee Attendant Duties:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the pantry and serving areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Manage inventory of tea/coffee supplies and report shortages.
- Wash utensils and maintain cleanliness in the pantry area.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: O level & above
- Prior experience in a similar role such as Hotel industry will be advantageous.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
- Polite, courteous, and well-groomed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking visitors and stakeholders.
