Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and responsible individual to manage front desk duties while also handling tea/coffee services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Support:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor log.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by management

Tea/Coffee Attendant Duties:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Ensure the pantry and serving areas are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Manage inventory of tea/coffee supplies and report shortages.
  • Wash utensils and maintain cleanliness in the pantry area.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: O level & above
  • Prior experience in a similar role such as Hotel industry will be advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
  • Polite, courteous, and well-groomed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking visitors and stakeholders.
