Job Scopes:
- Greet customers upon arrival, manage check-in procedures and notify relevant staff of their presence
- Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy and professionally presented at all times
- Provide refreshments to customers to enhance their in-store experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries in a professional manner
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma qualification
- 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Microsoft Office
- Good communication and social skills
- Able to work shift work and commit on weekends and Public Holidays
