About the role

We are seeking a talented Fondant and Digital Artist to join our dynamic team at The Frosted Chick'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and intricate fondant designs, as well as producing digital artwork to use for marketing and also to operate edible printers. Based in our Potong Pasir location in the Central Region, you will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products and elevating our brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and crafting fondant decorations for our range of baked goods, ensuring they are visually stunning and of the highest quality
  • Collaborating with the culinary and marketing teams to bring our brand vision to life
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and creativity in your work
  • Continuously exploring new techniques and trends to stay at the forefront of the industry
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members as required

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in digital art software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate
  • Proven experience as a Fondant Artist or Cake Decorator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • A keen eye for design, colour, and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with fine details
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing products
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
