Job Highlight

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support for Campaigns

  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and timeline management
  • Coordinate feedback from stakeholders and agencies
  • Clarify technical/non-technical requirements for deliverables
  • Vet materials for feedback and grammar accuracy
  • Perform basic website updates via HPB CMS
  • Support digital campaigns (eDMs, SMS, A/B testing)
  • Create/adapt artwork using Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Handle data tasks: surveys, research, reports
  • Track and analyze digital performance via GA4

KOL/Influencer/Artiste Evaluation

  • Review profiles for content relevance, engagement, and past collaborations
  • Assess branding alignment (language, audience, content themes)
  • Share evaluation findings with campaign leads

Admin & Procurement Support

  • Support procurement: quotes, POs, invoices, credit notes
  • Liaise with vendors for production/installation
  • Maintain records: contracts, budgets, deliverables, SOPs
  • Perform general admin: scheduling, minutes, digital filing
