Roles & Responsibilities

**Business Development**
- Work closely with the Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei (SMB) Business Associates (BA) attend to, Respond and make decision on the BAs’ queries on Sales, Operations, Requests and Appeals.
- Ensure internal & external key stakeholders of the business are well informed with all necessary information.
- Build long-term relationship with the existing leader and new potential customer to establish rapport and arrange meeting, drive interest and growth in the products & business through customer engagement
- Increase the value of current customers while discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships with new customer, finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and events.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and leader to discuss strategy
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
**Marketing**
**New Launch and Promotions**
- Work with the regulatory on the new product registration, artwork and completion timeline.
- Work with creation team on marketing material & Collaterals development for new product example, catalogue, product profile, flyer, video, banner, website content etc.
- Work with operation team on arranging for new product arriving and launch date
- Work on premium item for the new launch
- Monitor new product launch event & training
- Manage with marketing team on announcement, website and social media content for new launch
**Marketing Tools**
- Monitoring sales & promotion program for existing product
**Activities**
- Oversee the coordination, Planning and Executing by the marketing team on the events such as conventions, recognitions and incentive trips.
- Organize in house event, budgeting pre & post event reporting.
- Lead the in house team on the support for Unipower event.
- Video creation for the product and training to publish on Unicity MSB youtube channel
- Manage corporate promotion campaign such as reward trip & GLIC.
