Job Responsibilities:

·       Continuously observe the BMS for any alarms or deviations from normal operation.

·       Take prompt action to address system alerts and ensure timely resolution of issues.

·       Modify parameters within the BMS to optimize system performance based on occupancy, temperature, or other factors.

·       Document all actions taken and generate reports on system performance and energy consumption.

·       Performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking components.

·       Diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing components like compressors, filters, and ductwork.

·       Servicing ACMV systems, including chemical washes, overhauls, and general maintenance.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company

·       Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
