Job Description:

  • Maintenance of facilities and services
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently
  • Regular inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order and to report any defect finding to supervisor and manager.
  • Perform daily routine duty of setting of aircon by BMS
  • Attend to tenant, replacing of light, basic plumbing work and building work (painting , repair wall crack, repair of door lock and etc)
  • Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests
  • Any work assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • NITEC /NTC 2/3 qualification in Building Services/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other facilities management related certification
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in servicing electrical and air-con
  • Required to do shift duty and over-time when required
