Summary

  • Monday to Friday (830am - 600pm)

  • Location: Sungai Kadut, company transport is provided at Kranji

Responsibilities

  • cover duties such as performing month-end closing activities

  • assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and statements

  • record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting

  • Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash, Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs,

  • Calculate customer and/or supplier account balances and reconcile with totals.

  • Assist in compiling the relevant business documentation used in banking processes, checking invoices, and preparing documentation for their payment.

  • Use relevant Infocom technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis and retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management's use

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

  • Independent and able to multi-task

  • Strong problem-solving skills and can work in a fast-paced environmen
