**Roles & Responsibilities**
Established company seeks an Accounting Assistant for their admin/accounts operations.
- Maintain full set of accounts to audit stage using MYOB and MS Excel.
- Bills Payable - payment vouchers, remittance, suppliers & vendors.
- Receivables - issue invoicing, monitor receivables, monthly statements to debtors
- Bank Reconciliation
- GST - keep a record and do quarterly reporting.
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Staff salaries and CPF, Medical and Leave records
The successful applicant shall be a Singaporean and possess the following:
- Accounting experience of minimum 4 years
- Hands on use of MYOB accounting system
- good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- attention to details and book-keeping accuracy
This is a 5-day work week from 9:00am to 5:45pm, lunch break 45mins. Company transport to and from Yew Tee MRT daily. Benefits include annual leave, company holidays, medical benefits and insurance, performance bonus.
Local company, 25+ years in business. Lift Division install & maintain low-rise lifts for use by persons with disabilities, in residential & commercial premises. Testing Division handles inspection & load testing of lifting equipment.
