Position: Accounts Executive

Reporting to: Senior Accountant/ Accountant

Working Location: 76 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

  • To complete any job assigned such as Accounts Payable,, Accounts Receivable, data-entry and preparation of month end closing etc.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Verify invoices for accuracy, authorization, and proper documentation.

  • Reconcile vendor/customers and resolve discrepancies or issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor/customer records and account balances.

  • Send SOA to customers as per request by Customer.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient AP/AR operations

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required.

  • Any ad-hoc task.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in general accounting.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and AP & AR best practices.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).

  • Strong Excel and data entry skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
