We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Retail Leasing) to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting leasing activities, driving occupancy, maximising rental income, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. The ideal candidate is analytical, service-oriented, and confident in negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential tenant prospects.
  • Identify, prospect, and attract suitable tenants through market analysis, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals in alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives.
  • Prepare, finalise, and manage lease agreements and all leasing-related documentation, ensuring proper administration and timely approvals.
  • Support the team in achieving targeted occupancy levels and maximizing rental income through effective marketing, leasing strategies, and arrears management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through regular engagement and prompt response to enquiries and operational issues.
  • Liaise closely with tenants on fit-out works to ensure compliance with the organisation's fit-out guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit leasing-related reports including budgets, occupancy updates, rental performance, and market analyses.
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or a Degree holder in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant leasing work experience preferred.
  • Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive, self-driven, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to follow through tasks assigned.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written) skills
