Your Responsibilities

  • Actively source for employers and build talent pipelines for them to hire people with disabilities
  • Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process for hires, including sourcing, screening, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (such as local institute of higher learning, government agencies, corporations, mentors, social service agencies, and other partners)
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks to stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Who we are looking for

  • Has a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in business development, account management, or sales
  • Is strong in working and networking with people
  • Takes the initiative, can be independent, and positively influences your team and colleagues
  • Is resourceful, result-driven, and can problem-solve
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Likes to learn and is able to learn on the job

EA Licence: 21C0649 | Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2, $4,000.00 per month
