Your Responsibilities

  • Actively source for employers and build talent pipelines for them to hire people with disabilities for employment or internships
  • Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process for hires, including sourcing, screening, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (such as local institute of higher learning, government agencies, corporations, mentors, social service agencies, and other partners)
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks to stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
