Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with the Costing, M\&E, and Business departments to gather and understand tender requirements

* Collaborate with the Construction team on tender planning and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) matters

* Assist in and attend subcontractor/supplier workshops related to tenders, and prepare necessary documentation

* Ensure proposed plans comply with drawings, specifications, and relevant authority requirements

* Develop Microsoft Project schedules (or equivalent) for tender submissions, outlining proper work sequences from commencement to TOP

* Study and propose feasible Temporary Site Facility layouts, including alternatives where applicable

* Recommend suitable and efficient construction sequences for structural and architectural works, considering authority regulations and contract specifications

* Propose the most cost-effective Earth Retaining and Stabilizing Structure (ERSS) methods for the Costing Department

* Provide technical support to the tender team in responding to consultant queries

* Estimate manpower and resources required for tender projects

* Work closely with the Project team on implementing proposed plans post-award

* Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies, opportunities for value engineering, and key considerations for the tender team

* Participate in site safety inspections to assess site safety and workmanship quality

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD

* Review construction plans submitted by the Project team and coordinate with them to obtain approval from Japan HQ

* Assist office management in enhancing site EHS standards and practices

Requirements:

* Min Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction

* Min 10 years' experience in construction site work and planning work
