Working Location (can choose):

1. Upper Changi (near to Tampines East MRT)

2. Tampines Industrial Ave (near to Tampines IKEA)

3. Changi South (near to Expo MRT)

4. Greenwich Drive (near Hougang region)

5. Alps Ave (company transport at AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)

6. Penjuru Lane (company transport at Jurong East)

7. Tuas South Avenue (company transport at Jurong East)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and email enquiries
  • Activate/register shipments to system
  • Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement
  • Arrange for customs clearance application
  • Generate invoice for services
  • Generate daily operations reports
  • Update Track and Trace events
  • Other duties as assigned
